Savor the good times: Sausage Fest spices up Scottsdale

PHOENIX — For eight hours on Sunday, sausages will be the most welcome topic of discussion and appreciation at a Scottsdale beer garden.

Brat Haus’ Sausage Fest starts at noon. The event will feature eating contests, a sausage selfie zone, a stein-holding contest and live entertainment.

It’s also National Pretzel Day and to honor that staple of the restaurant’s menu, the state’s largest pretzel will be on display.
