Luxury fitness center set to open in Peoria this February

PHOENIX — Life Time, a luxury fitness center and health club, is set to open the doors on a new Valley location in Peoria on Feb. 1.

Located near 67th Avenue and Hatfield Road, the gym’s hours will be 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, according to its website.

It’s the health club chain’s seventh location in Arizona.

Life Time markets itself as the ultimate health and wellness destination.

The more than 125,000-square-foot gym features an expansive fitness floor, group workout classes, basketball courts, separate indoor and outdoor pools, a waterslide, a poolside cafe and a spa.

According to its website, the fitness center has implemented social distancing measures, as well as touchless check in, temperature screenings and virtual class options amid the coronavirus pandemic.
