PHOENIX — The northbound lanes of Interstate 17 near Sunset Point reopened Saturday evening after briefly being closed due to an RV fire, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The right lane remains blocked, however, due to the earlier RV fire.

The closure of the northbound lanes occurred shortly after 3:30 p.m and reopened just before 5 p.m.

The southbound lanes of I-17 remained open.

There was also a brush fire at the scene, according to ADOT.
