Warm, clear weather forecast for Valley during Fourth of July weekend

PHOENIX — Although this Fourth of July will be one with smaller and limited gatherings due to the coronavirus pandemic, Valley residents will be able to enjoy a holiday weekend of warm, clear weather, according to the National Weather Service.

On Friday, temperatures are projected to reach a high of 106 degrees with a low of 84. There will be a calm wind during the day and clear skies during the day and night.

A sunny, warm day is expected for Fourth of July with temperatures reaching 110 degrees and a westward, 5 mph wind arriving in the afternoon.

For those able to enjoy Independence Day fireworks displays, Saturday night skies will be clear with only light winds forecast after midnight.

Sunday is expected be the hottest day of the weekend with temperatures forecast to reach a high of 111 degrees. In the evening, the low is expected to be 84 degrees with 5-10 mph winds arriving after midnight.
