Annual Winter Carefree Fine Art and Wine Festival coming this weekend

PHOENIX — An annual wine and arts festival is returning to Carefree for the 27th year this weekend.

The Winter Carefree Fine Art and Wine Festival will take over the town from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday through Sunday.

The festival features 150 artists, wine and micro-brew tasting, food and live music.

Attendees can meet the artists and view their work in all mediums throughout the three-day event.

Work featured will include bronzes, clay, wood, pottery, photography, jewelry, glass and more.

The wine tasting costs $10 and includes a collector glass and six sampling tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased for $1 each.

Tickets cost $3 for adults and are free for anyone under the age of 18. Parking is also free for those who attend the event.
