Apache Junction hosts Festival of the Superstitions on Saturday

Hosted by the Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce, the Festival of the Superstitions is aimed to promote awareness about the local businesses.

PHOENIX – The Apache Junction Chamber of Commerce is hosting a festival on Saturday to promote awareness for local businesses.

The Festival of the Superstitions at Flatiron Community Park will feature live music, beer garden, food, car show, veteran’s tribute and more for the one-day event.

The event will host kid-friendly activities like a petting zoo and a bounce house. They can take photos with Disney Princess Rapunzel at a free one-hour meet and great at 1 p.m.

Kids ages 5 and over can paint with the princess from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for $20. They must pre-register.

Parking and admission are free, and there are no outside food and drinks allowed.

According to the event’s website, beer and wine sales are cash only and there will not be any ATMs on site.

The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event is located at 100 N. Apache Trail.
