Phoenix police vehicle flips over in hit-and-run collision
A Phoenix police vehicle wound up on its roof Friday afternoon after a hit-and-run accident near 32nd Street and Greenway Road.

PHOENIX – A Phoenix police SUV wound up on its roof Friday afternoon after a hit-and-run collision.
Two officers suffered minor injuries in the wreck and were taken to the hospital as a precaution, according to Phoenix police.
Traffic was restricted at 32nd Street and Greenway Road after the crash, which occurred on Greenway at 30th Street.
Authorities were actively searching for the driver of the other vehicle, who fled the scene on foot.
A four-door coupe turned in front of the marked Chevy Tahoe patrol vehicle to cause the collision, according to police.
No other information was immediately available.
