Police looking for suspect in attempted armed robbery of adult boutique

Valley law enforcement agencies are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for an attempted armed robbery last year.
At approximately 6:23 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, the suspect entered Paradise Adult Boutique on 130 W Osborn Rd. in Phoenix and pretended to look at items while waiting for customers to exit the store. The suspect then walked toward the sales register, removed a handgun from his waistband and demanded money from the register.
The employee opened the register and reminded the suspect he was on video surveillance as he pulled out a baseball bat. The suspect then ran out of the store without obtaining any money.
The suspect is a Hispanic male in his mid-30s to early-40s, 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds with fair skin. His black hair was slicked back and he was wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans.
