Sixth annual Urban Ale Trail returns to downtown Phoenix

Beer lovers rejoice, the Urban Ale Trail is returning to downtown Phoenix.

Hosted by Downtown Phoenix Inc., the sixth annual hike will take place Sept. 7 from 1-5 p.m.

The Urban Ale Trail is a walkable beer tasting tour that features more than two dozen breweries.

There is no registration necessary. Each location will offer three different four-ounce samples of beer for $2 each with a snack.

The trail can be done in any order, but the first 300 people to arrive at Patriots Park at CityScape will receive a commemorative beer koozie and a bottle opener.
