Swanky 15,000-square-foot Paradise Valley estate sells for $12.6 million

PHOENIX — A 15,000-square foot Paradise Valley estate with a hefty price tag has a new owner.

The four-acre estate near Scottsdale Road and McDonald Drive was sold for $12.6 million on July 29, Launch Real Estate said in a press release.

The estate’s interior features seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a 3,000-bottle wine cellar, a chef’s kitchen and nine-car garage, according to the release.

Outside amenities include a saltwater pool and spa, a 150,000-gallon lazy river with a 30-foot water slide, a commercial kitchen with seating for 120 people, his and her locker rooms, a guest house and a caretaker’s cottage, according to the release.

The estate was originally listed for sale at $18 million in April 2017.
