Drowned man rushed to Phoenix hospital in critical condition

PHOENIX – First responders in Phoenix rushed a man in critical condition to the hospital Monday after he nearly drowned in a swimming pool.

Capt. Kenny Overton said in an email a rescue crew was called to a home near 39th Street and Glenrosa Avenue.

Police were investigating.

No other details were immediately available.
