Silver Alert canceled for 78-year-old man found in good health

PHOENIX — A Silver Alert was canceled Wednesday night for a 78-year-old man who was missing from Mesa.

Marcus Schluter was found in good health around 9:45 p.m., according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

He was driving a white 2018 Cadillac XTS rental car with California license plate 8CEU773.

Schluter has white hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds.

Trooper Pedro Pena told KTAR News 92.3 FM that Schluter suffers from memory loss and a heart condition.

Pena said Schluter is originally from Washington.

Anyone with information about Schluter’s whereabouts was asked to call the Apache Junction Police Department at 480-982-826.
