Police: Teen crashed car into Phoenix home, charged with reckless driving

Aung Tun, 19, was driving northbound on 43rd Avenue when his Toyota Corolla collided with two parked vehicles and a residence, police said.

PHOENIX — A teenager lost control of his car Saturday night and crashed into a home, according to Phoenix Police.

Aung Tun, 19, was driving northbound when his Toyota Corolla collided with two parked vehicles and the residence near Glendale and 43rd avenues, police said.

Tun was not injured, and his young passenger was taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.

No one in the home was injured.

Police said Tun showed no signs of impairment and was booked into Maricopa County Jail on charges of reckless driving and endangerment of his passenger.
