Two women hospitalized after being ejected in two-vehicle collision

PHOENIX — Two women were hospitalized Sunday afternoon after a two-vehicle collision on North Metro Parkway, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.

A 25-year-old woman and a 70-year-old woman were ejected during the crash.

They were both transported to a local trauma facility as immediate patients.

A third patient was transported to a hospital for further evaluation.

Phoenix Police was investigating the cause of the incident.
