Calls about the explosions have come from the area between West Thunderbird and West Happy Valley roads and North 67th Avenue to Interstate 17.

Detectives who have investigated some of those calls have found materials, eyewitnesses or even surveillance footage showing explosions.

There have been no reports of related injuries.

The vehicle of interest is an older model white Chevrolet or GMC pick-up truck with a possibly black bed liner and gray front bumper, police said.

Anyone with information regarding these incidents was asked to call the Phoenix Police Department or Silent Witness at 480-WITNESS, and for Spanish assistance, 480-TESTIGO.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
