Tempe police looking for man accused of attempted kidnapping

PHOENIX — The Tempe Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in looking for a man they believe tried to kidnap an individual early Saturday morning.
According to authorities, the suspect attempted to kidnap a victim around 3 a.m. in the 800 block of West Brown Road in Tempe.
The victim was able to get away safely.
Authorities described the suspect as a black man between 20-25 years of age. He weighs 200 pounds, stands six feet tall and has short brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen in a dark color car wearing a t-shirt and jeans.
