4 people, 2 children injured after car rams through Phoenix storefront

PHOENIX — Two minor children were among the four people transported to a local hospital after a car drove through a business in Phoenix on Monday, the Phoenix Fire Department announced Monday.
The department said the children, a 4-year-old and 5-year-old, were struck after a vehicle broke through the front wall at a business near 32nd Street and McDowell Road.
The children were both in stable condition.
The occupants of the vehicle, a 28-year-old female and a female in her 50s, were also transported to a local hospital. They were also in stable condition.
It was not immediately clear how the accident occurred.
The Phoenix Police Department was investigating.
