PHOENIX — A steakhouse that has locations around the state is set to open its newest location in Gilbert.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill will open its third Valley restaurant.

The company, which has been running since 2000, has locations in Chandler, Peoria and Tucson and specializes in hand-cut steaks, seafood and prime rib.

The Gilbert location, which boasts a 7,026 square-foot building, will sit at the northwest corner of SanTan Village Parkway and Williams Field Road.

The steakhouse will seat approximately 229 guests and will showcase a different style of steakhouse.

Instead of using dark colors, like a traditional steakhouse, Firebirds is changing things up, adding more light and an open floor plan, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

Per Fishbowl, Firebirds has been quite popular, as it came in at No. 4 as emerging brands in 2018.
