PHOENIX — Police have a 38-year-old man, Curtis Lamont Bagley, in custody after investigating a call regarding an arson and another for a nearby burglary.
The investigation led to the discovery of a critically injured 36-year-old man who was pronounced deceased later near McDowell and Central. He was later identified as Joshua Fitzpatrick.
