Monkey Pants Bar & Grill named the wildest, most fun bar in Arizona

PHOENIX — Ready for a wild night out? Monkey Pants Bar & Grill in Tempe was recently named the wildest and most fun bar in the state of Arizona.

The study was conducted by Thrillest, identifying which bar in each state in the U.S. deserved the title of being the wildest and most fun.

Monkey Pants earned the title thanks to its quirky activities, including the opportunity to pay just $1.01 for a shot every night at 1 a.m.

But it comes with another stipulation: In order to earn the special price, patrons need to lose their shirt — seriously.

Aside from the bare-back fun at Monkey Pants, weekend karaoke, goofy trivia and a wall full of Polaroids set this bar apart from others in the Phoenix area.

Oh, and did we mention they have weekly fish races?
