Do the PA Congressional Results suggest a Democratic “Wave Election” – or a “Tsunami”?

A Democrat was elected to congress this week in a district that Donald Trump carried by 21% in 2016. Democrats have performed almost as well in other off-cycle special elections. What does this tell us about what to expect about who is likely to control congress after the 2018 elections?

Two of the best political minds in the political business join the Think Tank this week to shed light on the subject.
