'lost 21,650 pounds of nutritious frozen food...'
So exactly how much frozen food did they lose which was not nutritious?
every grocery store, Cosco, Sams Club, etc... all have huge walk in freezer units, all have a temp sensor that sounds when freezer temp gets too high.
If you know of the problem, you can react and do something to save the food.
How could it have been avoided? Move the 20k pounds of food to a different freezer?
