Former president Bill Clinton pokes fun at himself with ‘balloon’ tweet
Clinton wished Obama a happy birthday with an odd tweet. At least it was odd, until you understood the former president was poking fun at himself.
PHOENIX — Former president Barack Obama celebrated his 56th birthday on Friday.
Thousands of people reached out on social media to wish a happy birthday to the 44th President of the United States, including another former president, Bill Clinton.
On the surface, Clinton’s tweet seems just — odd.
Happy Birthday @BarackObama! Hope you get some balloons. I love a good balloon. #HBD44

If you know a bit of the backstory, however, then “I love a good balloon” actually means something humorous.
Basically, this video speaks for itself.
Clinton was standing with his wife Hillary at the Democratic National Convention in 2016 when she was running against Republican nominee Donald Trump to become the next president.
Balloons rained down on stage and Clinton had some fun with them, to say the least.
Social media users understood the humor in Clinton’s tweet, and had some fun with the former president as well.

Then you should have offered to help me pay for the years of damage I had from identity theft. Fake accounts set up with my name/SSN and they opened credit cards and took out loans.
In all my credit score went from 860 to below 500. I spent countless hours dealing with collection agencies and banks.
After hiring an an attorney for big $$$ I finally got the three credit agencies to dismiss all negative reporting, however my credit score still is only 710.
Victimless??? NOT! You cannot believe that statement you made, can you?
What's your SS number ?
Yaaa, right. Your superior ability to negotiate through the bureaucracy of credit agency's, banks, store credit cards, etc truly amazes me. I find you to be a rude, buffoonish clown with no brains.
