Main Street Minute: Hyatt Regency Phoenix sells for $107 million

• The Hyatt Regency Phoenix has been sold. Business Real Estate Weekly reports the downtown establishment with the revolving restaurant cost Chicago-based GEM $107 million.

• Communications provider RR Donnelly is hiring for dozens of positions Monday at a job fair in Phoenix. The event runs from noon until 7 p.m. near Central Avenue and McDowell Road. The company wants to hire workflow coordinators, word-processing operators as well as proofreaders.

• A popular burger joint is moving. The Original Wineburger in Phoenix recently posted on Facebook that it’s closing the doors at its longtime spot near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home Road by Aug. 1, and relocating near Seventh Avenue and Indian School Road. The eatery opened in 1965.
