Main Street Minute: Fast-casual restaurant opening in downtown Gilbert

• Encore Capital Group is hiring collections account managers for their Phoenix office. The company is interviewing interested people between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday near 48th Street and Broadway Road.

• A fast-casual restaurant is opening its doors in Gilbert. Grubstak — which lets people choose a base of waffle fries, roasted root vegetables or crunchy greens and then add their own ingredients — opened its doors in the town’s downtown area on Tuesday.
