KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday at 7:23 a.m.

• Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse is holding a big job fair Monday. The popular East Valley attraction is hiring for retail, operations, livestock and animal care and restaurant workers. The hiring event runs from noon until 4 p.m. at the steakhouse near Interstate 10 and Wild Horse Pass Boulevard in Chandler. The venue reopens from its summer break during Labor Day weekend.

• The Valley is getting another Dunkin’ Donuts. A former Cigna Care clinic near Central Avenue and Adams Street in Phoenix will be converted into a doughnut shop, the Phoenix Business Journal reports. The site will open for business either late this year or early 2017.
