Free ‘Tonight’ tickets for Phoenix taping go up for grabs Wednesday

PHOENIX — Arizona fans of Jimmy Fallon may get the chance to be a little closer to their guy — free tickets to the Phoenix taping of “The Tonight Show” will be available Wednesday.

The post-Super Bowl show Feb. 1 had been announced in the fall but the date the tickets would be released hadn’t been set.

Reservations will be taken starting at 9:30 a.m.

The show will tape at the Orpheum Theatre downtown. Attendees must be 16 or older.

Super Bowl XLIX will be played at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale.
