Video: Reaction to Supreme Court sending Donald Trump immunity case back to lower court

In a historic 6-3 ruling on Monday, the Supreme Court ruled for the first time that former presidents have some immunity from prosecution. Trump previously had been charged in a criminal case claiming he plotted to overturn the 2020 presidential loss. The Supreme Court’s decision to send the case back to a lower court all but ended the possibility that the former president will be tried before the November election. Mike Broomhead reacts.
