An tattoo artist in Yuma, Ariz. sparked social media outrage after posting about a nine-year-old girl whose parents brought her to his shop from out of state in order to get a tattoo of President-elect Donald Trump on her neck. While the artist was able to convince the child and her parents to change the art to a tattoo of an American flag on her bicep, many are calling into question the legality of the tattoo and whether the tattoo shop should have allowed for the tattoo at all. Larry Gaydos and Bruce St. James react.
