Ahead of Night 4 of the Democratic National Convention on Thursday, social media took off with word that a “special” and “surprise” guest would be making an appearance. Many speculated who the guest could be, from Taylor Swift to Beyonce, but Chris & Joe ponder if the DNC owes an explanation for lack of a surprise guest appearance.
