Despite her attempts to dismiss Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer’s lawsuit against her, the case has advanced. Lake recently filed for a default judgment hearing, seeking jury-determined damages. Richer appeared on Arizona’s Morning News to discuss the latest developments.
