Main Street Minute: Boot camp for women entrepreneurs set

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air weekdays on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.

• The 11th annual Women Entrepreneurs’ Small Business Boot Camp takes place Saturday at the Chaparral Suites in Scottsdale. Speakers and workshops will provide attendees with networking opportunities and 50 exhibitors will be on hand.

• Mark Taylor is hoping to fill at least 20 management positions at properties in Tempe and Scottsdale. Full and part-time positions are available, including assistant manager, leasing consultants, porters and maintenance technicians.

• Plans for the final phase of two Biltmore estates have been announced. Prices start at $1.5 million. Floor plans range from 3,500 square feet to more than 4,800 square feet of single-level living space.
