Main Street Minute: Scholarships available to military personnel

• University of Phoenix is celebrating Independence Day with a tip of the cap to the military. The for-profit school is accepting applications for 20 full-service scholarships to service members, eligible family members and veterans. The last day to apply is Sept. 3. Winners will be announced Nov. 11, which is Veterans Day.

• The integration of US Airways and American Airlines continues. The carriers have combined their departures at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. US Airways’ full operation, including ticket services and bag checks, will relocate from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 by the fall at Sky Harbor.
