Main Street Minute: Seafood chain opens spot in metro Phoenix

• Las Vegas-based chain Hot N Juicy Crawfish has opened its first location in Arizona. The seafood restaurant, known not for just crawfish but also lobster and oysters, is located on Seventh Street just west of Mill Avenue in Tempe.

• The Make-A-Wish Foundation is hiring for several positions across the Valley. Among the openings are for a director of planned giving and a graphic-design manager. All positions are full time.
