PHOENIX — A small storm dropped several inches of snow north of Flagstaff and brought light rain to the Phoenix area.
Arizona Snowbowl said it was expected to receive between two and four inches of snow while Flagstaff received a nominal amount of rain.
The Phoenix area received a steady sprinkle beginning Wednesday evening and concluding Thursday after noon. Flood control data showed some parts of the North Valley receive nearly an inch of rain while the southeastern part received a few hundredths of an inch.
The storm is expected to move out of Arizona by Thursday, leaving behind a forecast of sunny skies.
