Storm drops snow throughout Arizona’s high country

PHOENIX — A winter storm dumped several inches of snow across much of northern
Arizona on Monday.
As of 1 p.m., the National Weather Service reported more than six inches had fallen at Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. Arizona Snowbowl had received 26 inches.
Snow levels fell as low as 3,500 feet near the Arizona-Utah border and 6,000 feet in central Arizona.
Flagstaff Unified schools were closed for the day.
The snow is expected to stick around for a few days, with highs in northern Arizona expected to be in the 30s and 40s.
