Want to buy a house and an electric car? A single purchase gets you both

For a price of $1.25 million, you can own a fully-furnished 3,593-square-foot Phoenix home — and if you act now, the owner will throw in an almost-new electric car.

Yes, in an effort to earn a leg up on the competition, the owner of the property at 2953 N Manor Drive West has thrown in a Tesla Model S, which is less than a year old.

One caveat: The homeowner’s realtor, Christine Espinoza, said the owner will include the car only with a full-price offer, and the offer must be accepted by the end of February.

Along with the car and all the furnishings, the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence comes with a pool, spa, fitness room and wine bar.
