Have you ever wondered how to make turkey enchiladas?
According to The New York Times, turkey enchiladas is one of the most searched for Thanksgiving recipes in Arizona. In fact, it’s the most distinct search after turkey on the big day.
To compile their list and map of the most “unusually popular” Thanksgiving recipes in all 50 states, NYT turned to Google for help. Some of the recipes people searched for were pretty unusual, like frog eye salad and funeral potatoes to the more classic Thanksgiving dishes like gravy and stuffing.
Turkey enchiladas topped the list for Arizona food favorites, followed by rice krispies treats, turkey meatloaf and pistacho salad.
