PEORIA, Ariz. — Peoria police are searching for 30-year-old Celestino “Tino” Valencia.

He is described as 5-foot-8 and 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black and white checkered shirt with dark pants, white shoes and a black hat.
