At the age of 9, Collin Dean of Gilbert is an experienced actor, with voice-over parts on Cartoon Network’s “Adventure Time” and the movie “Hotel Transylvania.”

Now he’s landed his biggest role yet, voicing a character in a new Cartoon Network miniseries, “Over the Garden Wall,” according to the East Valley Tribune. The voice cast also stars veteran actors Elijah Wood, Christopher Lloyd, Chris Isaak and Melanie Lynskey.

Acting runs in Dean’s family, and his sister Michaela is also a voice actor. The siblings even appeared together in a “Funny or Die” skit with Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis.

The show is based on a short film Dean also starred in and features two brothers trying to find their way home through a forest of talking animals and adventure. The miniseries premieres Nov. 3 and will run for five straight nights.

We want to hear from you.
