PHOENIX — Police issued Arizona’s first Silver Alert Thursday for a missing Tucson, Ariz., man.
Herbert Melvin Michaelson, 87, climbed out of his window at a group home located at 5660 N. Kolb Ave. about 5 a.m. He had $300 on his person and left on foot. It was not the first time he has left the home.
