Single-engine plane crash kills 4, ignites fire near Sedona

PHOENIX — A plane crash Sunday killed four people and sparked a fire four miles northwest of Sedona.
The fire inside the Red Rock Secret Wilderness area of Fay Canyon, was started by a single-engine plane crash, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office.
The plane was located just after 6 p.m., about two hours after it crashed.
The Fay Fire has spread to 25 acres, but no evacuations have been ordered. As of Monday morning, the fire was zero percent contained.
