PHOENIX — If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re over or underpaid at your current job, then here’s a place to start.
According to TIME, Reddit user Dan Lin gathered data from the Bureau of Labor to create an extensive chart that shows 820 U.S. occupations and how much they pay.
Health care-related professions, represented in the fuchsia color, clearly dominate the top of the list.
Anesthesiologists are listed as number one with an annual mean wage of $240,000, closely followed by surgeons, oral and maxillofacial surgeons and obstetricians and gynecologists.
Most of food service jobs fall towards the bottom of the list, represented in green.
Fast food cooks, serving workers, shampooers and dishwashers took the last spots on the list, respectively, with an annual mean wage of approximately $18,000.
