X-rays of paralyzed Olympic swimmer Van Dyken released

PHOENIX — Detailed x-rays of recently paralyzed Olympic gold medalist Amy Van Dyken have been released.
The swimmer was paralyzed June 6 near Show Low, Ariz., when the all-terrain vehicle she was driving hit a curb and flipped.
She is currently paralyzed from the hips down and was transferred from a Scottsdale hospital on Wednesday to a Denver-area facility.
The hospital specializes in spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries.
