Arizona Rep. Kyrsten Sinema finishes Boston Marathon

PHOENIX — Excuse Rep. Kyrsten Sinema if she doesn’t get up to say hello. The U.S. congresswoman from Arizona finished the Boston Marathon on Monday.

Sinema finished the 26.2-mile race in 25,889th place and finished in 4:48:25.
Sinema, an avid runner, took part in numerous Valley events last week leading up to the race, which came to an abrupt halt last year after two bombs were detonated near the finish line, turning the area into a war zone.
