Silver Alert cancelled for ailing Mesa, Ariz. man after being found safe

PHOENIX — Authorities have cancelled a Silver Alert after locating an ailing Mesa, Arizona, man who had not been seen for nearly a day.
Kenneth Boucek, 75, was located Wednesday afternoon after last being seen Tuesday around 6:30 p.m. near Guadalupe and Ellsworth roads.
He was driving a blue 2012 Ford F-150 with designer stripes, Arizona license plate AXT1214.
Boucek has pulmonary disease and needs oxygen. He also takes 13 medications, which he left behind.
