Warm start to 2014 for Phoenix continues

PHOENIX — It wasn’t the warmest March on record for Phoenix and Tucson but both placed in the top 10.
It was the eighth-warmest March in recorded history in Phoenix with an average temperature of 69, according to the National Weather Service.
The average temperature of 64.4 ranked as the sixth- warmest March on record in Tucson. It’s the first March on record that Tucson didn’t drop below 45.
