It’s never too early to start thinking about Christmas shopping and this year, Tempe Marketplace will be offering some new retail options.
DSW, Nordstrom Rack and Total Wine are all slated to occupy spaces in the outdoor mall by autumn, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
DSW, a discount shoe store, will open first with a mid-April opening date. It will occupy the southeast section of the shopping center, next to Best Buy.
Nordstrom Rack will open in October, next to J.C. Penney. Similar in concept to stores like Ross and TJ Maxx, the store will sell Nordstrom clothing brands and accessories at discount prices.
Total Wine and More is also slated for a fall opening date. Bevmo, the company’s competitor is also in Tempe Marketplace, but there is no word yet on if it will close.
The mall’s Total Wine will be the Valley’s eighth location.
