PHOENIX — Phoenix police arrested a registered sex offender Thursday, after a tip from federal agents.

Christopher Michael Regenold, 48, was taken into custody at work in downtown Phoenix. Officers with search warrant in hand said they found pornographic videos and photos of children at the suspect’s apartment at 13th Avenue near Roosevelt Street.

Regenold, who served time in 2005 for luring a minor for sexual exploitation, was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and dangerous crimes against children.
