3 missing Yuma children found, Amber Alert canceled

PHOENIX — Three children who had been abducted in Yuma, triggering an Amber Alert were found late Wednesday, several hours after they went missing.
Police said the children were found safe at their grandparents’ home.
The suspects, their parents Evan and Alma Short, were still at large.
Tristan, 13, Aidian, 11, and June Short, 2, were taken away in a 2016 Dodge Ram truck around 1 p.m.
Authorities said Evan and Alma Short took the children after ignoring a court order to turn the three over to the Arizona Department of Child Services.

Officials said Evan and Alma are considered dangerous and should not attempt to be apprehended.
Police are asking residents to be on the lookout for a black 2016 Dodge Ram truck with the Arizona license plate F7003B.
